Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ozeye provides an AI gateway service that routes API requests to EU-hosted AI model providers. The service includes an API endpoint, a web-based chat interface, a model directory, and account management tools.

2. Account and Access

You must create an account to use the ozeye API and chat interface. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. You must not share API keys with unauthorized parties.

3. Pricing and Payment

ozeye operates on a prepaid credit model. You add credits to your account and usage is deducted per token processed. Pricing is transparent: ozeye applies a 12% margin on top of provider costs. Current prices are listed on the pricing page and model detail pages. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Generate content that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Resell access to the ozeye API without written agreement
  • Send automated traffic designed to degrade the service

5. Data and Privacy

ozeye enforces zero data retention on AI request content. Prompts and completions are never stored. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

6. Service Availability

ozeye routes requests to third-party AI providers. We do not guarantee the availability or performance of any specific model or provider. We provide automatic failover between providers where possible. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

ozeye is not liable for the content generated by AI models, for interruptions in service caused by third-party providers, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
