Data retention & ZDR

Ozeye is designed around zero data retention for inference content: prompts and provider response content are not stored in ozeye databases.

Not stored

• Chat prompt text and message contents.
• Provider response text.
• Audio input contents and transcription text.
• Image prompt text and generated image contents.

Stored metadata

• Model ID, provider ID, token counts or usage estimate, request status, duration, timestamp, and cost in EUR.
• User ID and API key ID needed for billing, limits, and exports.
• Payment records required for billing and tax/accounting obligations.
• Notebook files you explicitly save in the product.

Retention windows

• Usage metadata: 90 days.
• Audit logs for account/key/payment events: 1 year.
• Failed billing/dead-letter metadata: 90 days.
• Payment records: retained as required by applicable financial and tax rules.
